Yaki is the result of a unique meeting between a native European material, beechwood—widely found in France—and a completely ecological Japanese technique called Yakisugi. Embracing the unpredictability of gesture and flame, the surface treatment leaves a mark that is both enduring and unique, giving each piece its own story to tell. Each item is coated with linseed oil to minimize Yaki's ecological footprint while ensuring its durability.
